Polycarbonate (PC), the most impact-resistant lens material, has been widely used for safety reasons, especially for childrenâs eyewear. During the injection molding process of PC, there will be an unavoidable Birefringence caused by the internal mechanical stresses that remain in the molding material. This Birefringence is responsible for the phenomenon of Double Refraction, which causes symptoms of dizziness & eye fatigue.
Our Evolution Series uses breakthrough technology (PATENTED) to manufacture PC lenses without Birefringence and ensure our customers never feel uncomfortable.

DOUBLE-SIDED ASPHERIC DESIGN LENS
For astigmatic prescriptions, the cylinder meridian would not have the correct asphericity because of the difference in power. The field of clear vision in that meridian would be vastly reduced. Double Aspheric design (Adjusted Spherical Front Curve plus Adjusted Toric Back Curve) can aspherize the power in the cylinder meridian and thus enhance the quality of vision to the full range of single-vision wearers, especially for high prescription.
Only a few manufacturers can cast finished lenses with an atoric back surface (different asphericity in each meridian), mainly limited to 1.67 high-index lenses. Our revolutionary design creates the thinnest, lightest & best visual field PC lens, which is until now the only Double Aspheric PC finished lens in the world.

With a very special additives added into the PC materials, our die casted PC lens can largely reduce UV410 and safeguard our eyes from long term exposure of blue light in the new digital world.
